Leadership.

As CEO and co-founder, I have always been in the first line to understand people’s problems and do my best to solve them and to empower them to be the best version of themselves.

Real Estate.

Real estate is one of the oldest and most difficult to innovate sectors. It is hard to automate and its degree of technology adoption is one of the lowest across all the major industries.

Nevertheless, being an enormous market, when you find the right way to do it you can achieve great results.

Strategy.

I am an avid thinker and writer. I love to see problems from an unbiased, third-person point of view to carefully analyse the different scenarios, solutions and consequences of each choice I could make

Product Management.

As a CEO of RoomMate I had several roles, but the ones which I enjoyed the most were product management and customer success. I just love building stuff and I love to solve people’s problems.

B2B SaaS.

SaaS is a complex monster, it is like a black box where you have to move some levers to increase your key KPIs. Some levers and some others will not, sometimes even in the same industry.

In the realm of B2B SaaS, I was able to acquire on-field knowledge of what works and what does not.

Fundraising.

One of the top reasons why startups fail is lack of funding. It is not the most important one but still relevant. Thanks to my experience in RoomMate, I can support in having the best people “on board”.
